If you have a print, a rough diagram or an old shim, we can produce the shim for your application. We offer Stainless Steel, High Nickel Alloys, Carbon Steel and plastic shims. Once the pattern is approved, we cut from either a water-jet, laser or wire edm machines ensuring high quality edges with no carbon migration found from plasma cutters. All of our materials offer complete traceability and our shims are manufactured in the United States. For high volume smaller shim applications, we can offer stamped production runs using your required alloy or plastic.
We also offer a variety of industrial slotted shims for your alignment needs. We offer shim kits in all sizes, replacement shims packs and shim coils for those who would rather make their own shims in the field.
